About the Role
Hunt Electric, LLC. is looking for a full time licensed Electrician for our ISC project in Delta, UT within our electrical division. This position reports to our St. George office but will be onsite in Delta, Utah. The role offers a travel compensation package with per diem and base pay plus $3/hourly incentive. The compensation package is for this jobsite only.
Responsibilities
As a licensed electrician, you would be responsible for installation and execution of electrical construction projects including:
- Bend conduit (Galvanized Rigid & EMT)
- Install Galvanized Cable Tray
- Grounding/Bonding
- Wiring
- Industrial lighting
- Conduit rough in for security and data comm systems
- Distribution panels per blueprints and NEC code
Major Duties
- Stand for long periods of time
- Climb ladders several times in a row
- Work with hands above your head with tools
- Lift tools and equipment above your head several times
- Lift up to 100lbs
- Stretch, bend, stand, climb, and move continuously
- Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a "Can-Do" positive attitude
- Actively contribute to a positive team environment
- Demonstrate dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours
- Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electric Code
- Be a self-starter and be dependable
- Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Utah electrical license
- Be enrolled in the appropriate apprentice-level school program as an apprentice
- High school diploma or GED
- Willing to travel and work in Delta
- Ability to work jobsite hours with possible overtime and weekends
- OSHA 10
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Mon - Thurs 10 hour shifts, Friday 6 hours, possible Saturdays.
